I can’t deal with this heat

Dating all the way back to my early twenties, I made a habit of attending an awesome music festival that is held in a central part of my state. They usually hold the festival in November, which makes for some cooler weather. That’s a good time to hold it where I am from, considering it’s one of the few cool months we get around here. General admission was my choice every year. I was just happy to go to the festival, I didn’t need any special treatment. Well, this past year I had some extra funds, so I decided I could spoil myself a little and upgrade to a VIP pass for the festival. I have to say it was completely worth it. This year, the festival was a little warmer than usual, which I didn’t even have to worry about. I was able to hang out at all of the VIP areas, including the VIP deck, which had a bunch of portable air conditioners and other cooling equipment. The best part was how much nicer the VIP bathrooms were than those for general admission. I hadn’t realized the porta-potties were that bad until I used those VIP bedrooms. After my general admission days, I was running back to the hotel to shower off all the dirt, grime, and sweat that came with the lack of perks. All of the VIP areas were cleaner, and there was so much air conditioning around, all of that showering wasn’t necessary. I still showered of course, just like I still blasted the air conditioner in my hotel afterward, but it was more for enjoyment than it was for necessity, which I loved.
