Finally I can reach my fitness goals with a personal trainer

I’ve attempted joining a local gym, even though I didn’t stay with it.

  • I was reluctant to try out a piece of equipment that I was not so familiar with.

I figured that my improper form could lead to serious injury. I’ve tried incorporating a jog into my bi-weekly routine, however simply ended up with completely sore feet plus knees. My attempts at fitness were always entirely disorganized plus aggravating. I never achieved any genre of results plus discovered it was taxing to continue. All of that changed when I finally consulted with a personal trainer. I came to realize that exercise strategies need to be fine-tuned to personal limitations plus goals. While I used to spend the entire workout on a single exercise plus put in the minimal amount of effort, the personal trainer mixes things up plus pushes me to work harder plus longer. She provides a great deal of information, motivation plus instruction, always ensuring a great experience. She makes every single minute count, plus although I’m always exhausted by the end, I’ve seen some fine results. I love that she continues to introduce new exercises, always making sure of safe execution. When I started, I simply hoped to lose a good amount of weight. I’ve now switched my whole plan to build muscle, shed fat, become healthy plus age gracefully. Through a balance of cardio, strength training, fine nutrition plus a proper amount of sleep, I’m enjoying a better quality of life overall. Rather than reach a plateau where I stop seeing results, the personal trainer sustains my interest level, sets greater goals plus helps me to become a great deal stronger.
