Thanks to a personal trainer, I was able to lose all the weight I gained

All throughout school, I was always physically active.

I truly liked to go for a run, ride my bicycle, play volleyball plus rock climb.

I never had to fret about what I ate or my weight, and after I got married plus had 3 youngsters in less than a few years, my way of life changed dramatically. There was no longer time to workout or play sports. Taking care of the youngsters was definitely the top priority. I found it virtually impossible to lose the baby weight, plus I was entirely unhappy with my appearance. I couldn’t fit into any of my clothes plus my confidence suffered tremendously. As the youngsters got a little older, I attempted different diets plus workouts without any success in the least. I actually gained so much weight, I no longer looked or felt like the same woman plus I became entirely depressed! My partner arranged for me to meet with another personal trainer. I didn’t even know what to expect plus was somewhat intimidated. The initial consultation set my mind at ease. The trainer asked me all sorts of questions about my biweekly routine, eating habits, concerns plus target weight, and we discussed the activities I used to care about plus my terribly demanding schedule. The personal trainer then sent me to see a nutritionist, who provided me a day-by-day meal plan. Along with the starting a fitness regiment, I changed my way of eating quite a bit. I began to feel so much better within a couple of weeks. By the end of the first week, I saw a change in my body. Every time I showed up for my workout session, the personal trainer would have me step on the scale plus would measure my body fat. Tracking those numbers was excellent motivation. Every little success made me feel so much more determined to achieve my goals. Although I am now back down to my school weight back in the day plus feeling entirely good about myself, I continue to meet with our personal trainer so I can improve even more.
