In my mind, I believe I just assumed that I would live in our household for the rest of my life.
You know, every one of us would grow older in our family house and then be off to a retirement household at the end.
But, reality has a way of changing up your perspective. First, I love my family household. It was large enough to raise all our teenagers in. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C device was perfect and every one of us only had to replace it a single time. Plus, I had a study in our household that was just the best space. I adored it. Then, our teenagers were all gone. We actually figured we would stay put and they could visit. However, that just doesn’t happen as often as you might think. Our children have actually busy lives of their own. Finally, the fact that our household was just a bit too much to take care of by us convinced my husband and I to sell. The realtor strongly recommended that we get another Heating, Ventilation and A/C component put in even though our new one was still running really well. It was only the second HVAC we had in there. So, we did get the latest and finest heating & cooling device. It legitimately ended up making us currency on the sale of our household. The two of us moved into a small household to sort of figure out what we were going to do with the remainder of our lives. It was also an option to down size and transition into retirement. I enjoy renting however I find it terribly ironic that I bought a state of the art Heating, Ventilation and A/C device only a year ago. And now, I am residing with the worst Heating, Ventilation and A/C device of my life and can’t do anything about it.
