We had time to plan for the recent a/c break down

It absolutely had to happen.

I’m just certainly thankful that we have such good heating, ventilation, and A/C people who provided us time to plan.

Our 22 year seasoned heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment has finally given up the ghost and is ready for the recycling site. However, we aren’t in scramble mode thanks to the professional heating, ventilation, and A/C people that have helped us for 22 years. They are the same people who installed the heating, ventilation, and A/C those decades ago. So, it only seems fitting that they will be the heating, ventilation, and A/C contractor to put in our next heating and also cooling unit. Almost 2 years ago, the heating, ventilation, and A/C tech told us that we certainly needed to start thinking about and planning for a new heating, ventilation, and A/C unit. He told us that the seasoned heating, ventilation, and A/C just didn’t have much more life in it and would quickly decline in performance. He was absolutely right about that. Within 6 months, I started noting the big increase in utility costs as the heating, ventilation, and A/C ran far more time trying to meet demand. Then, there were a few compressor issues and some other things we had to call the heating, ventilation, and A/C people to come repair. In the meantime, we went with the heating, ventilation, and A/C contractor to find a new heating, ventilation, and A/C unit. My husband and I tried to figure it out on our own at first. But, the information online was just overwhelming and we couldn’t certainly get our bearings, the heating, ventilation, and A/C contractor certainly listened and thoroughly checked the home prior to offering us more than two separate options. The one we finally chose will be getting installed this week. We’re thinking we’ll get at least a couple of decades out of this particular unit if not more.
