Trying to keep track of the temperature control in two homes

All of us are easily reluctant to run the a/c appliance when the dwelling is unoccupied, however the condensation and moisture lead to mold and mildew growth

My family and I have two dwellings that all of us transfer between. All of us have a dwelling up north where all of us stay from May until November, and a residence down south for the cold season weeks. Our goal is basically to avoid the most dire weather in each location, however keeping up with the demands of two dwellings is occasionally exhausting. There is constant service at both locations. All of us need to own two sod mowers, two vacuum cleaners, two washing machines and two of just pretty much everything. All of us also fret about whichever dwelling is left vacant. The cold season weather up north is quite brutal. All of us experience temperatures down to negative twenty with a sizable accumulation of snow. The conditions cause all types of concerns, including water pipes bursting from the cold temperatures. All of us don’t want to pay to heat an empty dwelling to a comfortable temperature, so all of us turn the temperature control as low as possible. All of us then stress over the chance of furnace malfunctions. When all of us get home in the Spring, all of us never really know what kind of destruction all of us might find. This past year, I noticed that quite a few of the seams of the walls had broken, however I think this is due to major swings in temperature and the framework of the dwelling expanding and contracting. All of us have similar complications down south, except the complication is the heat and humidity. All of us are easily reluctant to run the a/c appliance when the dwelling is unoccupied, however the condensation and moisture lead to mold and mildew growth. Not long ago, I invested in a smart temperature control for both properties. The ability to access the temperature control and receive alerts through my smartphone is absolutely amazing.
