I prefer our new house, it’s everything I feel like I have ever hoped plus dreamed of.
I have constantly pictured an extra spacious house, and one with lots of room.
This home had 4 study rooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a full basement. I converted our basement into our own underground theater right away, complete with a row of seats plus a 75 inch TV. I have plans for each of the rooms as well, however I can tell you I have yet to take any action with them. One of the other things I certainly prefer to enjoy about this home is the view I have. Behind our new home is a big lake, plus all the way around the lake is a serene looking forest. There is one thing I don’t entirely love about our home, plus it’s honestly the noisy air conditioner! I don’t think how outdated the heating plus cooling machine is at this point, all I think is that it is unusually loud. As in, it’s located outside, however yet somehow I swear to you that I can still hear it in our house. It’s absolutely gotten to the point where these days I have to turn the air conditioner off while I watch a movie, because somehow or another the cooling machine overpowers the sound of our movie! Then I usually just bring a big box fan plus hope that is enough to cool me for the time being. I’m not entirely sure right now what to do about a noisy AC, except maybe call a Heating & A/C company plus do my best to see if they can maybe do anything about it? I’m not even sure what would cause a huge Heating & A/C to make that much noise to begin with. But apart from that, I think this home is perfect.
