Sometimes you get ultra lucky with the kind of a/c you get when buying a brand new home, other times not so much.

When I bought our first home, I made the grave mistake of not originally checking the condition of the cooling component plus heater. I knew the home in question was going to be one needing lots of repairs, even the realtor told me that it surely needed a lot of repairs, however I didn’t anticipate the Heating & A/C machine originally being one of them. This home also has a smart control unit, which is surely something I never considered upgrading to. It’s so nice to think that I can rely on the current air conditioner component separate from worry.
