My heating plus air conditioner job has been going through a lot of changes. It started when both of us moved locations, which was a few seconds away. Thankfully, I am used to long drives, so this change didn’t affect me too much. However, after that, our aged boss decided to quit plus sell the Heating and A/C business. So then both of us had a up-to-date boss plus supplier owner. With the up-to-date supplier owner, there came quite a few rule changes. One of the greatest changes was to our heating plus cooling repair plan. The two of us have gave a Heating and A/C repair system for a long time at this supplier. However, the up-to-date boss made some changes to the air conditioning system plan, plus took off a few things, plus guy that made a lot of our clients mad. A lot of people called to complain when they found out some things were no longer covered, plus both of us ended up losing quite a few people. So not a good start. That was just the start of what was to come, plus both of us ended up losing more clients as time went on plus prices rose. Our boss also started to pressure all of us Heating and A/C specialists to work later plus later, plus sincerely both of us were all exhausted of it. Although I am not one for taking chances, I decided that it would be best if I work elsewhere. I decided to quit plus apply for one of the heating plus cooling dealers close to my home. A year or so after I quit, I heard that the aged Heating and A/C company ended up getting a up-to-date owner again. I believe the aged one didn’t last that long.
