My boss is a guy named Bill, & he is a super nice guy, although a bit clueless.
Bill’s dad is the person who founded this business, & over the course of 20 years he built it into something special.
He developed a reputation with the locals, one so strong that when he retired the company never lost a step. He turned the company over to Bill, who is enjoyable with clients but entirely knows almost nothing about heating & cooling systems. His dad was a genius with Heating & Air Conditioning work, & yet Bill is enthusiastic to answer the iPhones & glad-hand the clients. The complication is that Bill wants his child to start finally working at the Heating & Air Conditioning business, too, & the kid is a bad apple. How do you explain to your boss that his kid is too wild, stoned, & stupid to handle professional Heating & Air Conditioning work? Since I can’t say those things I just make a lot of notes on my Heating & Air Conditioning call sheet. That is what every one of us call the printed list of the afternoon’s Heating & Air Conditioning works. I always keep copious notes on everything the modern kid does while in our heating & cooling appointments. It would be bad enough just finally working with the kid, but Bill expects me to turn him into a full-fledged Heating & Air Conditioning tech, & that isn’t something I am capable of. The man who built this company was a legendary figure in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry, but it seems that his progeny are morons. I wish someone would supply me an Heating & Air Conditioning company & let me run it!
