A neighbor was telling me a story about his late father & how he resituated to the coast.
He had grown up in the north & was accustomed to the chilly weather.
In fact, his Mom was the type of guy to be outside doing chores even if it was chilly cold. He never minded winter, & in fact, he seemed to be uncomfortable in summer. He constantly went around saying he was waiting for Winter time so he didn’t have to believe so hot! Fast forward to when his Mom was in his 73s. He began to change his ideology about Winter time & look forward to summer. He said with age, the needs of the body change & this prompted him to seek more warmth. Eventually, he sold his business up north & bought a beach apartment at the coast. My neighbor & all his siblings were grown, so there wasn’t much keeping their Mom up north with the chilly winters. Before, he had run & owned a Heating & A/C business for almost 40 years. People in the section knew he was the best Heating & A/C professional who could labor on any type of heating & cooling system. This meant being outside fixing things even on a rainy or snowy day. The love for heating & cooling systems was transferred to my friend, but, he never wanted to run a business. He preferred working for an Heating & A/C business down south so that is where he moved after completing his studies. His Mom went to visit him once & said he preferred the hot & humid weather in his outdated age. That is how he moved to the coast after selling the business he’d run for decades up north.
HVAC company
