I am finally living in my dream home. I have been dreaming of living in the house for as long as I can remember. I had a book of magazine clippings with pictures of the house that I am living in now. They only thing that my house is missing is a great HVAC system. I designed this house to meet everyone of my needs, but I didn’t even think about the HVAC system to be honest. I just told the contractor to put in whatever HVAC system he thought would be appropriate for a house this size. I trusted my contractor, but the HVAC system he had installed really isn’t working for me. For the most part, the HVAC system is fine, but in my bathroom I am always freezing cold in the mornings. So, instead of having my contractor come back out to the house and paying a ton of money to have the HVAC system fixed. I decided that I would just get a small space heater to warm up the bathroom. So far the space heater has been working perfectly. I just have to make sure that I turn off the space heater before I leave because I don’t want to accidentally burn the house down. I hope that I can just keep using the space heater and don’t actually have to change anything else. I really don’t want to have to spend anymore money on the house at this moment.

When I was growing up my parents didn’t have any money. My dad worked out on a farm and my mom stayed home to take care of my four brothers and I because we were a handful to say the least. I wish we would have been easier on my mom growing up, but we were just young and rowdy boys that were always getting into trouble. Since my dad wasn’t bringing in very much money working on the farm, we really had to cut corners where we could. My mom tried her best to feed us all on a tiny budget, but feeding five boys is no easy task. She would also make us share clothes because we were all so close in size. Another way they would cut corners to save money was to not have an HVAC system. In fact, most families in our area didn’t have HVAC systems either. It was a pretty common thing for our area because everyone was pretty poor. In the winter when it was really cold outside we would make a fire to warm up the house. The fire would really only warm up the family room and it was hard to fall asleep in our bedroom without any heat to keep us warm. It was just as bad in the summer when the heat would keep us up at night because we would be covered in sweat and soaking wet through our clothes. It was tough not having an HVAC system in the summer and winter.

My across the street neighbors are family friends, so we are always helping each other out when it comes to things around the house. So, when they asked me to watch their house while they were on vacation. I didn’t think twice about it, but later realized that if I said yes that meant I would have to look after their dogs as well. I really didn’t mind since they are always helping me out with things too. So I checked on the house the first day they were gone and everything was going good. However, I woke up the next day to a bad snow storm so I knew that I needed to go to the house and make sure they dogs weren’t too scared. Well, right when I walked into the house I knew something was wrong. The house was freezing cold and I had a feeling that the heater wasn’t working. I went over to the thermostat and noticed that the temperature of the house was forty degrees. I saw the dogs in the corner of the house snuggled together to keep warm. I felt so bad that they had to sleep in the house all night without the heater. I called an HVAC company to come out to the house but because of the storm they weren’t able to come out that day. So I walked the dogs across the street to my house where the HVAC system was working and the heater was turned on. Hopefully the HVAC company will be able to come out soon!

I have been professionally ice skating for about ten years now. I started when I was a little girl and I loved it so much that I decided to stick with it through college. My mom was an ice skater when she was a kid too, but she didn’t love the sport the same way that I do. I wasn’t able to get a scholarship for ice skating, but I am lucky that my parents are willing to help me with money so I can afford to skate and go to college at the same time. I don’t think that I would be able to continue skating if it wasn’t for my parents help, so I am extremely grateful for them. While I love skating and it is my passion, there are still things that I don’t really like about the sport. The main thing that I don’t like about skating is how cold they have to keep the rink. I am always freezing because they have to keep the air conditioner blasting to keep the ice from melting. They don’t only keep the air conditioner blasting out on the rink, but they also keep it so cold in the lobby and in the locker rooms. Most people complaining about how cold it is everywhere in the building. I wish that there was one room in the building that had heat. The room could just be full of chairs so we could warm up between practices, but I don’t think that will ever happen.

I live in a truly cold part of the country! I have lived in this type of weather conditions my entire life and I don’t think that I will ever leave.

I truly like the cold weather so much! I have visited a southern weather conditions in the past and I have to confess that it’s not for me, there is something about the hot weather that truly just turns me off and I could not imagine residing in a weather conditions where I have to keep the a/c turned on all afternoon and night. This year has been a truly strenuous winter for us though, it has snowed about six feet in the past week and my associate and I are expected to get even more snow, but at this point most people can’t even leave their homes, so my associate and I are stuck inside all afternoon. I know multiple people who have lost power and don’t have access to an Heating & Air Conditioning system anymore. Thankfully, most people that I know has back up space boilers in case this happens because it has happened multiple times in the past and my associate and I have all had to learn our lesson the hard way; However, when you have space boilers blocked in you have to be extra careful because space boilers can beginning a fire truly suddenly and can engulf your whole dwelling in flames in a matter of minutes. I think most people should have to take a safety class when they purchase a space heater for the first time because it’s simple to get yourself into a awful situation with space heaters.

It was tough not having an HVAC system in the summer time and winter.

My fiance and I have been trying to save as much money as my friend and I can lately; My pal and I legitimately want to buy a modern household because my friend and I want to start a family as soon as possible! Well, since my friend and I are trying to save money, my friend and I have been putting off repairs that need to be made around our current house. My pal and I also know that my friend and I are going to have to sell our household once my friend and I do have enough money saved so my friend and I aren’t in a rush to repair things around the house, however that being said, my friend and I have been putting off repairing the furnace for about a year now. Well, the winter season season is about to start so I know that my friend and I will need a working furnace to get us through the winter season season, but so, I called a local Heating & Air Conditioning supplier to see if they could supply me a quote to repair our furnace. They sent out an Heating & Air Conditioning tech to assess our furnace to supply a respected quote. Well, when the Heating & Air Conditioning tech looked at the furnace, I knew that he was going to supply us a unquestionably high quote, and i knew all along that my friend and I should have just had the furnace repaired when it started tearing down last winter, however my friend and I just weren’t in the right venue financially to get the furnace repaired. I think moving forward my friend and I just have to make sure that my friend and I are taking care of our household because my friend and I don’t want to get ourselves into another situation like this where my friend and I have to pay more money in the end.

I think moving forward my pal and I just have to make sure that my pal and I are taking care of our apartment because my pal and I don’t want to get ourselves into another situation like this where my pal and I have to pay more money in the end.

I am absolutely bad at interior design! I just don’t absolutely have an eye for decorating, but when I purchased my new home I just sort of moved in my furniture, put a few pictures up, plus then I stalled. I wanted to decorate plus make it look like a new farmhouse style, even though I couldn’t do it. I googled online plus found all sorts of ideas. I just didn’t know where to start. I had the time, the money, plus the resources, and so I just hired an interior designer to do the task for me. I called the person up plus browsed her catalog of ideas, but there are contemporary, traditional, transitional, plus southwest styles. I chose a contemporary farmhouse decor. The interior design helped me with everything. I got new rugs, curtains, pillows, plus sheets. I also upholstered my couch plus chairs to match the designs. I painted the walls, changed wallplates, plus knobs on my lodgeets. The house looks so much better now! I love my wood, colorless, plus light orange color scheme. I love the new touches that are added throughout my house. I was originally afraid to put any plants in my home, but my interior designer found some awesome fake plants that look real to me. That way all I need to do is dust them from time to time. Then everything is all set. My house absolutely looks like it should be in a magazine. I suppose I will hire her again when I want to design my home plus look a little different.
