Is that really my problem?

Have you ever considered flipping houses as a way to make money? Many years ago, long before house flipping was all over the home network, my good friend graduated from college and did not know what to do for a career. Her father bought her a rundown house as a graduation present; she fixed it up and sold it for a nice sum. She is the first house flipper I ever heard of. This was back in the 1980s. Well, my friend learned a thing or a hundred about renovations, and she probably continues to learn them. Since I have been house flipping, I too have learned things. The most important thing I have learned is to budget more than you want to for flooring and HVAC. Nothing beautifies a room more than your choice of flooring, and nothing makes a home for comfortable to live in than a top notch HVAC system. If you go cheap on the HVAC, the homeowner will struggle with high heating and cooling costs, and if you splurge on a really high quality a/c, your buyers will be impressed and your selling price will be higher. Even if you are renovating to live in the house, the same rules apply. You have to look at your flooring all day every day, and you depend on HVAC for heating and cooling when the thermostat outside is vulgar. Personally, I even think that HVAC might be slightly more important than pretty flooring. If your floors are ugly, you can put down rugs. If your HVAC is inefficient, all you can do is pay big bucks for a new heater and a/c or suffer.

I was very glad

Pretty much every weekend, my partner and I will have our neighbors over for some soda and to hang out. We like having them over, mostly because they are so funny and tell the best stories to us. Last week, they invited us over to hang out at their place. We thought it would be nice to get a little change of scenery, so we accepted. When we go over to their place though, we were instantly hit with a wave of ice cold air. It’s in the middle of a serious winter season here, so my partner and I were both perplexed as to why in the world they would have their air conditioner device on high. Later on in the night after a few glasses of soda, I jokingly asked our neighbors why they like to have their air cooling device on high when it’s already so cold out.  My partner and I were both still wearing our coats and gloves even though we had been inside chatting for well over an hour. They responded by saying that when the air is cooler, it helps their skin and will make them look younger and live twice as long as pretty much everyone else. My partner and I thought they were joking so we both started laughing. As it turns out they were dead on about that. I assume we will have to find some new friends to hang out with on our free time. At least ones who don’t think blasting their air cooling device will give them some sort of superpowers.

I tried my best

My family has been grape farmers for quite some time. Some of that land has just place for the the grapes, equipment, and the tools. The main home sits right in the center of our farm too. The main house is a sizable space that looks almost like an old time Gone With The Wind house. It has the most unbelievable sights to see too. The issue is that the home is a difficult thing to keep up with. Some of the land is set up for fox hunters though. Both of us only allow fox hunting on the farm. Both of us follow all of the rules plus regulations set up by our state plus federal government. My family has been allowing fox hunters on the property for at least 14 years. During that time, all of us have never had any major concerns with it; Last month every one of us had 4. Both of us had a group of 4 women arrive from the city. They were hanging around the local bars, plus wanted to hunt for a few afternoons. They already had the equipment plus they seemed like great women. The first morning of it, our family & I saw them do many terrible violations. They were so tiny though plus all of us allowed them to remain on the property. Later that night, every one of us heard a fizz plus hiss sound. After that, the cooling started to blow out warm air. Both of us heard the a/c making an odd hissing sound. My bestie also heard booming laughter in the distance. Both of us turned off the a/c until the next. Both of us then figured out they ruined our cooling unit.

I made my choices

Working at my dad’s  sandwich shop this summer season would be a blast! At least that was what I thought, then I found out the hard way that finally working as the service supplier is never that simple! One thing that I did not expect at all was the sheer amount of heat coming from the dining room! It’s already pretty hot in the south during the summer season, but when you mix in sandwiches being made along with other food, it gets to be almost unbearable! You would think that a popular and thriving sandwich shop would be able to afford having a HVAC  installed in the dining room, right? Well you might not know but my father although he is a big a penny pincher… He would rather cut off his right hand then have to chalk up the money to buy a brand current a/c unit. He always tells all of the employees that if they want to have some cool air, stick your head in the freezer for a few minutes, what makes me even more frustrated is when he will call myself and others into his office to tell me something. I walk in, and it’s perfectly cool with a nice and chilled breeze in the entire office! Every time that I am in the office I tell my dad how unfair it is that his own employees have to deal with dripping with sweat through our clothes while we are all making sandwiches and coffee, and during the entire summer season but, his response has stayed the same. “Start your own sandwich shop and you can start making the choices about the a/c” Just maybe, I will one day I will!

This is how it ends

My family has been dairy farmers for quite some time. Some of that land has just place for the cows, cattle plus chickens. The main house sits right in the center of our farm too. The main house is a huge house that looks almost like an old time plantation house. It has the most unbelievable view too. The issue is that the home is a real pain to keep up with. Some of the land is set up for hunting though. We only allow turkey hunting on the farm. We follow all of the rules plus laws set up by our state plus federal government. My family has been allowing turkey hunters on the property for at least 10 years. During that time, all of us have never had any major concerns. Last month we had several. We had a group of 3 dudes arrive from the city. They were hanging around locally, plus wanted to hunt for 3 days. They already had reservations plus they seemed like good guys. The first morning of it, my family and I saw them do many unlawful violations. They were so small though plus all of us allowed them to remain on the property. Later that evening, we heard a boom plus pop sound. After that, the cooling started to blow sizzling air. We heard the ac making a different hissing sound. My girlfriend also heard loud laughter in the distance. We turned off the ac until morning. We then figured out they ruined our cooling unit.

That is very interesting

My family and I have a big time grape field with thousands of acres. Some of that field work has grapes like concar. The main home sits right in the center of our grape land. The main home is 10,000 square feet with tons of laying out spaces. It’s unbelievable to look at, but a real pain to keep up with in the end. Some of the unprocessed land is set up for my hunting needs. We only let in the deer hunters on the farm. We follow all of the rules and set up by our state and federal government. My family has been allowing hunting on the land for at least 11 years. During that time, the two of us have never had any major errors. Last weekend, the two of us had a few. We had a group of dudes arrive from the city. They were staying in the area, and wanted to hunt for 2 afternoons. They already had a room and they seemed like good guys. The first day hunting, the two of us cited them for unlawful violations. They were smaller ones and the two of us allowed them to remain on the land. Later that day, the overnight staff heard a loud boom and pop noise in the lawn. After that, the air conditioning started to blow out warm air. The staff heard the air conditioning creating a weird hissing sound. They also also heard loud laughter in the distance. We turned off the air conditioning and realized it was shot at.

heating system

That was a bad idea

My family as well as I have a big farm with tons of acres. Some of that land has cute animals like pigs as well as sheep. The main home sits right in the center of our farmland. The main home is a few square feet with 18 family rooms as well as 10 bathrooms. It’s really cool to view, but a real pain to keep up with. Some of the other land is set up for hunting. We only allow white tail deer hunting on that land though. We follow all of the rules as well as regulations set up by our state as well as federal government. My crew has been allowing hunting on the lawn for at least 12 years. During that time, the people I was with and I have never had any large complications. Last month, the people I was with and I had a few happen. We had a group of several men arrive from the nearby town. They were staying in the local hotel, as well as wanted to hunt for several days. They already had plans as well as they seemed like fantastic guys. The first afternoon hunting, the people I was with and I cited them for a ton of violations. They were small as well as the people I was with and I allowed them to remain on the lawn. Later that night, the night staff heard a loud racket as well as pop sound. After that, the air conditioning started to turn off. They definitely shot at the house and hit our ac unit.

I felt incredibly cold

My family and I have a large farm with thousands of acres. Some of that land has farm animals like cattle and chickens. The main house sits right in the middle of our farmland. The main house is 14,000 square feet with 18 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It’s unbelievable to view, but a real pain to upkeep. Some of the unprocessed land is set up for hunting. We only allow white tail deer hunting on the farm. We follow all of the rules and guidelines set up by our state and federal government. My family has been allowing hunting on the property for at least thirty years. During that time, we have never had any major issues. Last weekend, we had several. We had a group of four guys arrive from the city. They were staying locally, and wanted to hunt for three days. They already had reservations and they seemed like great guys. The first day hunting, we cited them for unlawful violations. They were minor and we allowed them to remain on the property. Later that night, the overnight staff heard a loud boom and pop sound. After that, the A/C started to blow warm air. The staff heard the A/C making a strange hissing sound. She also heard loud laughter in the distance. We turned off the A/C until morning, when we could evaluate the issue in daylight. The maintenance crew found a bullet hole in the A/C unit. It pierced the compressor, which needed to be replaced. Our four violation guys never came to hunt that day. I think they were hunting at night, but I can’t prove it.

professional help

I really am not on board

I had the most unusual thing happening to our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan in the middle of last summer. Every so often, after running for a while the a/c would just unquestionably shut off. After further looking around, I realized the air conditioning system power source was tripping. The first time it tripped was while I was in a thunderstorm, so I figured that storm had caused the power board to trip. The next time it went down was on a perfectly clear, sunny day, so I thought it must be the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan itself. The next few times it happened I simply would go back on, but then I got to wondering. I seemed to remember that power boxes are often were having issue when a power overload is detected. I realized there may be something happening with our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan that could be a fire hazard if not really dealt with. The afternoons were not getting any nicer, so I called an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation out to figure out what on earth was going on with our air conditioning system. It turned out that a gross air filter was the leading cause of the problem. The connectors in our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan was having to task more to draw cool air through the dirty ac filter. It was having to run more and draw on more and more electricity and thus the air conditioning system power box kept tripping to prevent an overload.

AC equipment

I was going to keep working

I had the worst thing happening to my Heating and Air Conditioning plan in the center of last summer. Every now and then, after going for a while the a/c would just entirely turn off. After looking into it, I realized the cooling system circuit breaker was going haywire. The first time it went down was while in a storm, so I figured that weather had hit the truck nearby and caused the breaker to trip. The next time it went on it was on a perfectly clear out. It was a sunny afternoon, so I figured it must be the Heating and Air Conditioning plan itself. The next time it happened I simply flipped it back on, however after that I got to pondering about what was the real issue. I seemed to remember that breakers are often went haywire when a power overload is looked at. I realized there may be something going bad with my Heating and Air Conditioning plan that could be a fire issue if not officially dealt with. The afternoons were not getting any colder, so I called an Heating and Air Conditioning professional out to figure out what in the world was going on with my air conditioner system. It turned out that a dirty air filter was the root source of the problem. The fan belt in my Heating and Air Conditioning plan was having to work extra hours to draw cool air through the gross air filter. It was having to run more and draw on a ton of electricity and thus the cooling system circuit breaker went haywire.
