That was when I decided to start a corporation of our own. I thought it might be easier than trying to have a job. It takes a lot of time and cash to start a business. I did not realize how taxing this work would be and I underestimated the amount of stress it would cause on our relationship. I fixed up the garbage disposal plus the sink in the home office that was leaking. I fixed the holes in the wall with more current pieces of drywall. I even replaced the shower head that was falling apart plus crusty, but sadly, I could not service the problem with the AC. I tried to service the AC before I called the floor director, but I was unsuccessful with every effort. I took the component apart plus checked everything out for wear plus tear. When I finally called the building director to report the problem, I was nearing the end of my rope. The building director agreed to call an AC repair service. Just three afternoons later, the repair service worker arrived to check on the problem. The AC devices needed to be recharged with refrigerant. I never would have been able to service this problem, then you have to be a certified Heating and Air Conditioning worker to handle the refrigerants. I did not even have the right tools to complete the task. I was thankful that the floor supervisor of the building agreed to service the AC. I’m trying not to bug the woman with a bunch of little complications, but having no cold air in the Summer is a major issue. It’s humid plus muggy outside plus the rapidly changing temperatures are above 100 degrees. AC is a necessity here, not a luxury.

I went to a house last Saturday to perform a routine tune up and inspection on an HVAC system.

I performed a thorough inspection on the HVAC system. I plan to perform a tune-up as well, but I had a lot of bad news for the owner of the house. While I was performing the inspection, the owner decided to show the house to a potential buyer. I didn’t want to scare off the potential buyer when they asked me about the condition of the HVAC system. I didn’t want to lie either, so I was in a pickle. The owner thought I was going to have good news as well. He told me to share the information with the potential buyers. The smile on the face of the owner quickly turned to a frown when he found out that the heat pump needed to be replaced. The system was bold and ineffective and no longer energy efficient. The owner of the house and the potential buyer both thank me for my honest opinion. The owner and I disappeared into a different room so we could talk alone. He was frustrated and upset because I didn’t tell a better story about the condition of the heating and air conditioning equipment. I shared all of my information with the owner and recommended replacing the equipment if he really wanted to sell the house quickly.

The technician arrived a few hours later to evaluate the system and diagnose the problem

My wife called me at work when the air conditioner broke down. She was very upset, because all three children were home with a cold. Two of the children would normally be in school and the other child would be in daycare. They were all three at home with my wife, who had to take the day off work to care for them. When she called me at lunch time, I was hoping for a good update. Instead, she was frantic because the air conditioner broke down. I was in the middle of a meeting, but I left work as soon as I could. I drove straight home while listening to some helpful tutorial and repair videos that I found online. My wife was happy to see me, but she wanted me to call a repair service. I wanted to fix the air conditioner on my own and save money if I could. I spent an hour or two trying to troubleshoot the problems with the air conditioner. My wife was frustrated and the kids were crying. I finally gave up and agreed to call the repair service. The technician arrived a few hours later to evaluate the system and diagnose the problem. My wife was a lot happier to see the repair technician than she was when I walked through the door hours earlier. I was happy that the repair technician found the problem, but I still believed I would have eventually been able to find and fix the issue. If the kids had not been ill, I would have spent more time trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own.

My wife and I went to a hotel for a three-day stay. We had some family in town for a couple of days and we all decided to meet in a central location. As soon as my wife and I checked into the hotel, we immediately adjusted the air conditioner. The indoor air quality was poor. I turned the temperature down to 68°, but the air coming out of the vents still seemed warm. I decided to inspect the machine. I removed the air filter from the front of the machine. The air filter was the same length as the wall heating and AC unit. It was easy to understand why the air conditioner wasn’t working very well after I removed the air filter and saw all of the dust, dirt, and hair. The air filter was covered with a disgusting layer of grime. I used a washcloth from the bathroom to clean all of the dust off the air filter. I ran some water in the tub and cleaned the air filter. After cleaning and servicing the machine, the indoor air quality was much better and the air was colder. I was aggravated by the lack of cleaning from the housekeeping crew, so I decided to take a picture of the dust that I removed from the air filter. The next time my wife and I walked through the lobby, I stopped at the desk to speak with the manager about the air filters. I suggested telling the housekeeping staff to clean them more thoroughly and frequently. The manager was embarrassed and apologized several times. He even offered to give us another night at no extra charge.

After working for many weeks to build a multi purpose cooling unit, I decided to move on to the heating industry by inventing a multi purpose hot water boiler.

I was quite pleased with the way the cooling unit turned out.

It was above two work as a large window air conditioner as well as a printer. The air conditioner was connected to a smart thermostat where you could also control the printer. With determination, I began taking apart the hot water boiler heating system with a plan to combine it with a dehumidifier. Since a hot water boiler is a type of hydronic heating system, it takes water to run. I made a way that the hydronic heater had an air duct that could collect moisture in the air and send it into the hot water boiler. In this way the furnace would work as a dehumidifier for those who have problems with a moist basement or closet. I also put in a system in the furnace that enabled it to release some steam which could make it work as a room humidifier. Just as I did with the air conditioner, I connected the hot water boiler to a smart thermostat so that the owner could change their furnace from a humidifier or dehumidifier using the smart thermostat. I made blueprints of my printer window air conditioner and my special hot water boiler and sent them into a cooling and heating facility where they build unique HVAC units. My blueprints were accepted and within months thousands of people had printer window ri conditioners and humidifier hydronic heating systems.

I invented multipurpose HVAC units in my garage.

When I was young, I knew I wanted to work with cooling and heating units in some capacity but I didn’t know how.

My father and grandfather were both cooling experts and they taught me many things about cooling units and hydronic heating systems. When I grew up. I sent to college to study HVAC units. I graduated with a full knowledge and some working experience with cooling and heating equipment, as well as hundreds of different types of HVAC units including air purifiers, heat pumps. And cooling systems. I worked as an HVAC technician at a local cooling and heating business for about two years, but I quickly realized I wanted to do something unique with HVAC units. I converted half of my garage into an HVAC workshop. I then went on an online heating and cooling website and purchased HVAC equipment, a central air conditioner, and a gas furnace. My goal was to invent a multi purpose air conditioner and furnace. The first thing I did was take the central air conditioner apart and incorporate a small pinger to it. I put the air conditioner back together with the printer now a part of it. I converted it into a window air conditioner and connected it to a smart thermostat. This HVAC unit was capable of doing the job of a window air conditioner and a printer. The printer and air conditioner were run by a smart thermostat that had an extra large screen. My next mission was to convert a heating system into something more.
