Had a Good Little Nap and I am Recharged Again

Our body basically runs down like a battery would, needing to be recharged again to offer the energy we need to propel through the day.

If you don’t get enough rest or food and water your battery won’t be fully charged and you will run out of energy faster than having a full recharge.

I like to get to bed by 10pm each night and get a full 10 hours in bed with resting and sleeping. I usually read my book for half an hour before bed to calm my mind and body down. I set the smart thermostat to 21C, or 72F, which helps me sleep a lot better than when I keep the flat too warm. I also run a small fan next to me for white noise because we have a bar behind us that can get quite loud at night. I also have an air purifier in my room which I run all of the time, so between the two of them I rarely hear any noise from outside when I go to bed. I’ve been sleeping with earplugs for the past 20 years after discovering them when I was camping one time at a concert. So today I am going to clean my HEPA filter in my HVAC system and maybe clean the house up a bit. I also need to go to the store and grab some food but I may just do that tomorrow and make today a play day only kind of day. And besides, it is Sunday and a lot of the local businesses are closed till tomorrow.
