I love rural MI more than any other place in the world.

The purple hues on the flowers and green tree leaves each summer paint a beautiful backdrop in the summertime.

The landscape that stretches in every direction in the fall with all those reds, oranges and browns is pretty too. I love going to the lake and taking a dip or casting out when I have days off. Although my daughters are still too young to fish with me, I still take them out to the water so they can play in the lake. Although the winters are harsh and cold, there is a gentler side of MI that is revealed when life starts fresh each year following the Spring thaw. Since I live so far out of the city, I am blessed to be secluded from all of our closest neighbors. I have a sense of peace and solitude that few ever notice in life, regardless of whatever country or city they live in. Even with all of these plus sides, I still had to take my little girl to the emergency room a few days ago aftering getting bitten by my next door neighbor’s dog. My girls and I were all out in the front yard just an hour before dinner one night when I heard barking and the sound of a dog running at a breakneck speed in my daughter’s direction. The dog lunged for my girl and I had to injure it with a tennis racket to save my daughter’s life. My husband caught the entire event on camera, however the next door woman still insists she can press charges for her dog’s minor injuries. Even after showing her my daughter’s injuries and indicating that I had a video, she wouldn’t relent. I need to find a personal injury lawyer for dog bites now. There are none in this part of MI however!

I have PTSD from a bad experience I had last year when I was pulled over. It was the middle of the night and I was just trying to get back to my house after a long shift cleaning motel rooms at the local motel business on the east side of town. I was obeying all traffic laws but didn’t realize that I was going a bit faster than I should be. When the red and blue lights started flashing in my rear view mirror, I instantly hit my brake pedal and started pulling over for them to talk with me. But when I went to hand the copper my license and car registration, he ordered me out of my car and told me to lay flat on the side of the road. As I was pinned to the asphalt at gunpoint by the 1st officer, the second got out of the cruiser and started rummaging through my car. They accused me of stealing from the local bank. I pleaded with them to stop. I had no money or anything that I took on me; in fact, the entire incident was a result of mistaken identity because of racial profiling. When they noticed they had the wrong guy, they acted as if nothing had gone wrong and left the scene while I was still on the ground afraid for my life. I looked all over Detroit to find a law firm who would take my case against the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office regarding this horrible issue of police misconduct and brutality. I still think about the incident on nights when I have to drive home. I get fearful when I’m in my car and wonder if I’ll get pulled over again for something small.

My best friend and I own a construction company.

We specialize in commercial and industrial building projects, but we also have several residential customers as well.

Last year, we completed construction on the bank building in town. We worked on an elaborate treehouse for one of our residential customers. We also built a new addition to the county library during the last winter. The cold, winter season can be especially difficult in this area, due to the heavy snow, sleet, ice, and frigid temperatures. We work on building projects throughout the entire year, and winter is no exception. Unfortunately, it can be very cold to work when the temperatures are in the single digits. One thing that we do to help is rent a compact boiler while we are working on winter projects. The compact boiler provides plenty of warm air and heat to the building while we work. I have a special relationship with a tool rental company in the area. We use them for all of our needs. They give us a great deal on the compact boiler rental. A lot of places charge more than $100 each day for the compact boiler rental, but this company only charges me $60 a day. When it’s 15 degrees outside and we are working a hundred feet in the air, the chilly temperatures feel even colder. Having a compact boiler on the job site means working through snow, sleet, ice, and cold temperatures. We always finish on time and ahead of schedule, even when the weather is less than ideal.

I have been working with a construction company fixing up my grandmother’s house.

When my nana passed away I inherited her ancient house.

I took care of removing, selling and storing all the belongings that were inside the place. I have my own house and I don’t want hers. What I plan to do is fix it up and sell it for a profit. I work a lot and I am not handy at all with tools. That is why a commercial construction company was the answer. The contractors have been great at asking me exactly what I want and getting it done. The main contractor has done a ton of house flips. He frequently comes to me with new building plans and ideas to make the house more modern. He kicked out the ancient fireplace, tore down a wall to open up the space and added a half bath on the side of the house. As the construction crew has updated the house, the more I want it. The finished product is going to be amazing. My nana’s house is getting everything done to it. The floors are going to be all hardwood. The walls and ceiling will be brand new. There are also new appliances, lights and plumbing installed. The house is going to be way better than what I have. I am now wondering if maybe I should sell my current house and just move into the finished home. Nana’s house is going to be totally awesome since the building crew is so good at what they do.

I just recently heard about HVAC inspections, but I wish that I would have heard about HVAC inspections much sooner.

I had no idea that you could pay an HVAC technician to come and check over your entire HVAC unit to make sure that it was working properly.

The HVAC technician will charge about the same price as an HVAC service call just for inspecting your HVAC unit, but it is definitely worth it. The HVAC technician will travel to your house on a day that is convenient for you, and they will spend hours going through every detail of your HVAC unit. If you have a furnace and a central air conditioner, they will inspect both. At the end of the HVAC inspection, they will have a list of all of the repairs that your HVAC unit needs. Some of these repairs are things that immediately need to be addressed in order for your HVAC unit to last through the summer, and some of the repairs are optional, but they might cause HVAC problems in the future. Regardless, you can choose which repairs to have your HVAC technician perform, and they give a discounted price on that. By having your HVAC unit inspected, you could fix all of the problems before they turn into massive problems, and you can have the peace of mind knowing that your HVAC unit isn’t going to randomly stop working. That is why you should have an HVAC technician inspect your HVAC units before you need to use them. I am going to have my HVAC units inspected during the spring and the fall so that I never have to worry about my HVAC units breaking down during crucial moments.

I am so glad that I decided to fix my air conditioner before the summer.

I was pretty hesitant to fix my air conditioner, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions that I have made all year.

I had a broken central air conditioner. The central air conditioner stopped working during the previous year, and I knew that I was going to have to repair the central air conditioner before this summer. However, when I had the HVAC technician come to my house to inspect the central air conditioner, he told me that it was going to cost a lot of money to repair the central air conditioner. Apparently, this was a pretty major repair, and there were a lot of issues with the central air conditioner. At the time, I didn’t have the money to repair the central air conditioner. The only way that I was going to be able to afford the central air conditioner was to borrow money against my house with the line of credit that I received. At first, I didn’t want to. It seemed like a bad idea to borrow money in order to replace my central air conditioner, but I did it. I am so glad that I borrowed the money so that the HVAC technician could fix the air conditioner. First of all, surviving any summer without a central air conditioner is terrible. You never feel comfortable unless you are at work or the store. It makes resting in your house difficult. However, this summer was especially hot, and I don’t think that I would have maintained my sanity if I wouldn’t have repaired the central air conditioner. It was easily the best decision that I have made.

Back when I first became a homeowner, I didn’t have a central HVAC system and I didn’t really think I needed one.

I actually had just a gas furnace and a fireplace and I thought that would suffice.

After a little while, I decided to get window A/C units for the house. I thought this was important for my kids to be comfortable when we decided to have children. When my son was older, he said he enjoyed his window A/C unit, but he wished that he could have a view outside of the window like how it is in the winter months. I thought about this and realized that he was right, it would be better to have those window views. So I ended up calling the local HVAC company and talked to them about different heating and cooling options. They started talking to me about ductless mini-split HVAC systems. They said with just a single outdoor condenser unit, we could have up to 8 zones inside of the household. The ductless mini-split HVAC is highly energy efficient, so we would save money on the energy bills. Also, we wouldn’t have to block the windows in the rooms anymore with the indoor HVAC units. So I decided to go for the ductless mini-split HVAC system. I am really pleased with this system because it provides both heating and cooling and has been saving us a huge amount of money on our energy bills. My son tells me how thankful he is all the time because he can actually see outside of his window now.

When my father passed away, my mother was heartbroken.

My father had a pretty big life insurance policy though, and my mother had the house, so she sold the place.

We decided to buy a home next to a motel and we figured we could run the motel business. The thing is, this was a really run down motel and we had to work hard to fix everything up. The motel rooms were absolutely filthy and the air quality was terrible, but we got a really good deal for the combination of the house and the motel business. The house wasn’t as bad, but it needed to have the HVAC system upgraded. We decided to have ductless mini-split HVAC systems installed into the house and also the motel rooms. This was perfect because the ductless mini-split we invested in had built-in air purification. You just had to keep up with the regular maintenance and these HVAC systems would last a very long time. We felt it was worth the investment and before we knew it, the air quality was great in the house and the motel rooms. We were finally able to open up for business. Things started off relatively slow, but then things picked up when people started learning about the motel and the fact that it was open. Now we make pretty good money, and I actually enjoy working with my mother at this motel. I think she made a good decision to keep us going and turning over a new leaf in our lives. The people are really nice in this new area too.

The temperature control settings were just right, and even the air quality was remarkably good.

I have always known how much my wife loves to go swimming and also scuba diving. I decided that I wanted to surprise her with the experience of a lifetime, so I told her it was time to go on vacation. The vacation for her was going to be a total surprise. I had heard about this fantastic underwater restaurant and I wanted to take her to this place. You could eat delicious food while looking around and seeing all the fish and sharks as you are enjoying your dining experience. I also wanted to book the underwater hotel experience, but that turned out to be way too expensive, so I figured we would settle for the underwater diner. She was blown away when we came to this place. I appreciated the lovely views, it was like being in an underwater aquarium, but with good food and drinks. The temperature control settings were just right, and even the air quality was remarkably good. It was great because my wife didn’t even have to ask the waiter to adjust the temperature control settings like she usually does at most restaurants, and I was thankful for that. Of course, we went scuba diving and had a great time in the water. The hotel we had was equipped with a nice climate control system also with a smart thermostat, so we had the perfect temperature control settings when we would head back to our room. After our vacation, my wife said it was the most romantic getaway she had ever experienced! I’m glad she loved it.

It wasn’t too long ago when my father said that he wanted me to come with him so he could look at life insurance policies.

He said when he passed away, he didn’t want us to have to worry about his funeral costs and all of that.

I told him it wasn’t such a big deal and we could cover those things, but he still insisted. When we got to the life insurance office, I was actually impressed by the amazing air quality in this venue. We started talking about various life insurance policies, but I couldn’t help mention how nice the air quality was. The employee we were speaking too actually got really excited because he said he also loved the excellent air quality. He explained that they invested in a powerful UV air purification system. He was saying that he could almost feel the added years onto his life working in such excellent conditions. That was something I never really thought about, investing in improved health to add years to your life. I realized that my father could use a good UV air purification system for his house as well, and then he would probably have more years added to his life also. I didn’t like the idea of my father dying and this life insurance thing was making me think about it even more. So when I had some HVAC technicians install a powerful UV air purification in his home, he wanted to refuse, but I had to insist. I said it was for improving his health and he ended up thanking me for that.
