My husband and I recently decided that we wanted to rent out one of our properties for the summer months.

• We have a few extra homes throughout the country that we don’t use all the time so we thought it might be a good way to bring extra cash for the summer.

Do you have a home that’s in a very tropical location and we love visiting there, but this summer is going to be busy now that our kids are getting older and I don’t think we’ll have time to get down. So I scheduled some time for my husband and I to go visit the house to make sure that we don’t need to make any changes before our first guest arrives. Once we got there I’m so happy that we decided to make the trip because the air conditioning in the bathroom needed some repairs. I noticed that the air vents weren’t blowing cold air and that they would need to be fixed because our tenants would not be happy if they didn’t have air-conditioning in the bathroom during the hot summer months. We called our local HVAC technician to come out to the house because he knew he would get the job done quickly and effectively. I’m so happy we decided to make this trip because our tenants would’ve been so mad and they might have even asked for a refund if we didn’t get the air fixed in time.

I recently decided that I was going to start taking the train to work every day.

The train station is really close to my house and I thought it might be more cost-effective for me to go by train to work every day.

Also it would be good for me to save the gas money for something else. So I bought a one month pass for the train just to try it out and see what I thought. I am two weeks into my one month pass and I don’t think I’ll renew another month. I’m glad I did this train experiment, but I think that after this month they will be done. I noticed that the heating and cooling system on the train does not work very well. Right now it is the winter season and it’s very cold outside, every time I get on the train it’s always freezing cold and it feels like the air conditioner is on. I wish the train had a heating system because it’s always so cold, you would think that they would have a way to warm up the train knowing that it’s the cold winter months. I asked one of the train conductors about the heating system and the man I spoke with mentioned it has always been cold on the train for as long as he’s worked here. I guess the train conductor had worked on it For 20 years so I don’t think they’re going to be getting a heating system on my account.

My family plus I went to the beach for a holiday a couple of years ago, i was in university at the time, but I decided to come house for Summer break so I could join my family at the beach, however my mom plus dad made plans for all of us to stay in a 3-study room beach cottage, located about 3 blocks away from the beach. My mom plus dad sent myself and others pictures of the place plus I was excited to see the accommodations. I was even more excited about the fact that the two of us were only a couple of blocks away from the beach. I came house from Summer break plus packed all of my bags plus my family plus I left a couple of days later, but when the two of us arrived at our endpoint, my parents plus I were certainly shocked by our accommodations. The house didn’t look someplace close to the pictures that my parents saw online. Those pictures must have been from 10 or 15 years ago, because the house was much older plus in need of renovations. The backyard didn’t look at all adore the pictures. The house was supposed to have a tepid tub, but the backyard was completely empty. The worst section about the house was the fact that it had only 1 room A/C unit for the whole house. It was a single A/C unit in the living room. The A/C unit was big in size plus it cooled the living room plus family room severely well. The single A/C unit did not, but, help the study rooms on the other side of the cottage.

My sibling bragged and bragged for months about remodeling the basement of his house.

He prefers to brag about things, because he has cash.

When he bought a current car, he drove right to my mom’s apartment to show it off. He made sure to drop the price tag about more than nine times. Every one of us guess how much a tesla costs, so he was just being a tool. When he finally remodeled the basement, he invited everyone over for a barbecue and party. When my partner and I arrived, my sibling took me downstairs to show off the basement. The first thing I noticed was the disappointing indoor air pollen levels. Not only was it warm, but it smelled musty and dirty. My sibling did not seem bothered by the indoor air pollen levels, however I decided to find out if he had heat and air conditioning system in the space. He told me that it wasn’t necessary since he wasn’t going to spend much time in the room. I was floored when I heard that, since he bragged about how nice the basement was going to be when he was done. Now he suddenly did not like the indoor air pollen levels or lack of heat and AC, but something wasn’t right about that conversation. I recognize I caught my sibling in the middle of a problem and he totally froze when he realized that he never thought about the Heating and Air Conditioning system for a single hour. I am curious to see if he absolutely adds heat and AC after telling me that it wasn’t part of the original plan.

I came condo from Summer split plus packed all of my bags plus my family plus I left a couple of afternoons later, but when both of us arrived at our endpoint, my parents plus I were really shocked by our accommodations, but the house didn’t look anywhere close to the pictures that my parents saw online. It was a single A/C component in the kitchen. The A/C component was large in size plus it cooled the kitchen plus kitchen seriously well. The single A/C component did not, however, help the living rooms on the other side of the cottage.

One of the first times that our wifey and I ever went on a date, we made the decision to go to a restaurant on the outside of town, neither 1 of us wanted to run into any of our friends, so we chose a arena that was out of the way.

My wifey and I were going to order a couple of milkshakes and burgers, however there was no a/c inside of the building; Other people were sitting inside of the family room, and they did not seem to be bothered by the lack of a/c. My wifey and I did not want to rest in the warm atmosphere, so we decided to take our food to go. The people I was with and I went to a park on the other side of the street and sat by a tree while we ate our burgers and drank our milkshakes. While we were sitting at the park, I noticed our dad’s car pull up to the restaurant. I thought it was strange since we were on the other side of town. My dad got out of the car and went to the pickup window, however she grabbed a sizable tote of burgers and fries and then she got in her car and drove away. I have no plan why our dad eats burgers and fries from that restaurant, but she has been vegetarian with our Dad for the past 10 years. Apparently she is still meat cheating from time to time, because there is not a single vegetarian item on the menu at that restaurant.

Being a writer isn’t our task, it’s our passion.

I started writing stories & poems & jokes when I was in grade school. My mom keeps all of our seasoned papers, & still appreciates to brag about how advanced I was back then. It might be the high point of our job as a writer, because otherwise no 1 but me ever cared. Because writing doesn’t pay the bills, I have a regular task, but in our free time I love to work on our creative endeavours, and lately I have been laboring on an R-rated comedy script based on our experiences as an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech over the last more than one years… Keep in mind it is just based on our experiences, it isn’t a work of nonfiction because not enough interesting stuff happens to an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech to fill up an entire film. The two of us have some neat stuff every once in a while, like when we got called out to service someone’s central AC after hours in the middle of a big gathering. To our surprise, it was a nudist gathering, so it was tough to focus on Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairs while more than one dozen naked people were sitting around having drinks. They asked me to stay, however I declined because after more than one hours with no air conditioning, a room full of naked people does not odor awesome. My film script will be filled with wonderful scenarios like that, & downplay the action nuts & bolts of air conditioning repair. Because it’s a film, right, & seeing a guy service an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan isn’t entertaining

 

Local business

The two of us had to cancel our summer time getaway last year thanks COVID, so this year we were all geared up for it, however it is a great several hour car trip to the beach, so we don’t go often, but when we do go we stay there for a few nights & make the most of it, and our beach trips are sort of legendary, with the leaving behind of all worries & expectations & the temporary embracing of true indulgence, however the two of us were so stoked to see the water that we stayed in the sunshine the entire first day, & got brutally sunburned in the process; As soon as we felt the sweet relief of the air conditioning in the hotel suite, things got a little better.

The next day was a different story, & even the AC wasn’t enough to take away the sting.

I ran to the store & got the largest bottle of aloe vera they had, & then stood naked in front of the air vent & applied it on our reddened skin. I just stood there in front of the hotel room air conditioner for at least an hour, because sitting totally still right in front of the air was the only thing that helped, and by the fourth day I was able to transport free around the air conditioned room with minimal pain, but going back out in the sunshine was not an option. It wasn’t the beach trip we wanted, & involved a lot of PPV motion pictures & kneeling in front of the air conditioning, but at least we had each other.

Listen, I will confess to a wee little lapse in judgment, despite the fact that I guess you can all understand where I was coming from, and first of all, this was about several weeks ago, when that last stimulus check came in. I actually got a paper check in the mail, so it was weeks after almost everyone else had gotten one. I had a bunch of responsible plans for how to use the money, but once I had the money in my hand I sort of went a little crazy. After all this quarantine, can you blame myself and others for finding the first cannabis dispensary I could plus spending the whole check on weed? Looking back, I guess I should have gotten my air conditioning fixed, but at the time it wasn’t hot out, so weed became my priority, now I have come to realize that being sober with air conditioning is far superior to being high plus perspiring myself to death. I never understood that separate from the creature comfort of my weather conditions control method I can’t chill out enough to enjoy getting stoned. If I want to relax plus enjoy a wonderful smoke session I need to go someplace that has AC care about a friend’s lake house or the smoke shop. I have been spending way more than proper at the cannabis dispensary the last couple of weeks, because I just need an excuse to soak in their AC a few times a week. If I had it to do over, I would have used that money for a modern a/c, plus now I am filled with regret.
