After our boss had texted myself and others plus asked myself and others to meet him in his office after dinner last week, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

It was so large plus spacious, I was at a loss for words. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a certified Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair tech who was tied up installing our own personal air conditioning unit. For the past three or several years I had been working away in the cubicle section where there is little to no air conditioning or air flow which made working several minutes each afternoon downright agitated. During our time in upper management with our own office, I can’t suppose how much more pleasant working is when you have access to air conditioning plus can close the door to your office for an minute or several for some peace plus quiet. I suppose that some of our former coworkers are a little bit jealous due to myself and others being their new director plus having our own office, but it is only going to make myself and others work harder so none of them end up taking our position.

Most of the time when I walk into his room to talk to him I suppose savor I should put on some protective body gear it is so nasty, then dirty clothes, beer cans, plus outdated food are littered everywhere, but along with this dirty way of residing he has on his side of the cabin it turns out it has had a easily large impact on his health. yesterday when I made an appointment with the local Heating plus A/C heating plus cooling supplier plus had them send out a certified maintenance tech to do a checkup on the site, they came to find out that air ducts plus ventilation system in his room were in excruciating condition plus were showing clear signs of mold growth. My roomate had been complaining of having a cold for what seemed savor months now, plus every one of us finally found out the reason why. I gave him an ultimatum after the Heating plus A/C maintenance tech left; Either tidy up, or find a current place to live; He eventually decided to try plus clean up after himself, plus I hope he can stick to it. If not he will have to find a current place to live before I allow him to let mold creep into our air ducts!

For a long time my cooling system was not working so hot.

Anytime I turned down the temperature on the thermostat, I knew it was wishful thinking.

My AC system just never seemed to get cool. I could have heating and slightly cool air. Those were my options. I tried cleaning the air filter, cleaning the indoor AC unit and sticking a vacuum up inside of it. It wasn’t until I was outside the house that I deduced the repair. The outdoor unit with my cooling device was at an angle. For a long time I thought that was no big deal. After not finding the AC repair, I started researching about outdoor components. A lopsided outdoor unit is no good. The coolant in the system will all run to one side of the machine. So when the air is cycled and blown, there is no coolant to actually cool down that air due to the angle. It was such a simple fix too. I took some bricks and old pieces of wood to make the machine level again. After it was all squared away, the cooling system worked like a champ. I actually have cold air and the thermostat temperature is matched. The air conditioner also makes way less noise than it used to and can actually turn off since it reaches the temperature I want. My energy bills are lower and I am happier in my home. The only issue was just a slightly skewed outdoor unit. Who would have thought? Glad I did the research and noticed it.
