The replacement was around two hundred bucks, so that is why I say I got it for that amount. I would call that the major steal of the year. Also, I now can definitely thank that hard storm for the upgrade!

The last new home that I rented had the most odd thing; the central heating and a/c.

It was a really nice central heating and a/c, which was different in itself for a rental home, but what was even more different was the fact that the central heating, ventilation, and A/C gadget itself was in the garage. Usually the central heating and a/c is on the side of the house. I had never in my whole life seen a central heating, ventilation, and A/C gadget that was in the garage! This took some getting used to.
