My family & I own a unquestionably large piece of land in & around the foothills.

This area has been a hot spot for campers, hunters, hikers, & fishermen for decades. While sometimes these visitors will trespass, or even cause damage to our property, for the most area people are unquestionably respectful, & only come here to experience nature. Come the beginning of winter, I take our sons out with me to check on the safety cabins we have throughout this area of the forest. This is something we do to help out the idiots who come out in the dead of Wintertide & get lost. Without a heater, it is almost impossible to withstand the largest ice storms we have every year; Even if you are inside a cabin, if there is no source of heating in that lake house the tempts will drop below chilly. It’s easy to dismiss these people as dumb because they don’t consider the dangers of coming out here with no form of heating, but instead our family tries to look out for them. In each of the cabins there is a fireplace, with matches & enough firewood to keep someone hot for a full day. I believe there are kinds of space furnaces out there that don’t require electricity, & you can power them with a hand crank. Those space furnaces are pretty expensive, & although we want to help we aren’t rich, so instead we make sure the fireplace is laboring & has enough wood. It’s not much, but it’s better than nothing.

Listen, I will admit to a wee little lapse in judgment, however I guess you can all understand where I was coming from, but first of all, this was about many months ago, when that last stimulus check came in.

I easily got a paper check in the mail, so it was weeks after all the people else had gotten 1.

I had a bunch of responsible plans for how to use the money, but once I had the money in our hand I sort of went a little crazy. After all this quarantine, can you blame me for finding the first cannabis dispensary I could & spending the whole check on weed? Looking back, I believe I should have gotten our air conditioning fixed, but at the time it wasn’t hot out, so weed became our priority, now I have come to realize that being sober with air conditioning is far superior to being high & covered in sweat myself to death. I never understood that without the creature comfort of our climate control plan I can’t chill out enough to care about getting stoned. If I want to relax & care about a great smoke session I need to go someplace that has AC like a friend’s new home or the smoke shop. I have been spending way more than typical at the cannabis dispensary the last couple of weeks, because I just need an excuse to soak in their AC a few times a week. If I had it to do over, I would have used that money for a new air conditioner, & now I am filled with regret.

I am so excited that tomorrow day, the local HVAC supplier will be here to install our current high efficiency heating in addition to cooling system.

I have been waiting around for them for a long time because they took a long time to fit myself and others into their schedule.

I ordered this current high efficiency heating in addition to cooling system more than one whole months ago, however it has taken even longer to get here than they told myself and others that it would. I know the HVAC supplier has had issues getting all the materials that they need while in the whole pandemic situation, however anyway, when I ordered it a couple of months ago I was under the impression that it would be here instantly however that hasn’t been the case at all! Of course, now the weather is finally heating up in addition to I need to start using the air conditioner, and but since I’ve had the whole other HVAC system torn out while getting ready for the current one, I don’t have any a/c at all. I know that’s entirely the reason that I’m so excited to have the HVAC system coming tomorrow day! I guess love it’s been forever since I’ve had wonderful indoor air conditions in our house. I think that it’s going to be amazing when I can go to bed tomorrow night in addition to sleep in total comfort while the central air conditioner is blowing through the air vents. It’s going to be great. I’ve got our fingers crossed that nothing else goes wrong in addition to the replacement goes smoothly for the HVAC workers in the day!

I recognize that should have been my first clue that things were going to be going wrong for myself and others that week, however, I didn’t entirely recognize what I was getting into when I went inside and checked in

I had to stay at a hotel Last monthand the air conditioning was broken, but i have never in my life been so tepid and irritated as I was Last monthwhen I was at that awful hotel. It was terribly stuffy and muggy in there, especially since they had all of the windows sealed shut care about they do in most hotels. I recognize they have to do it for safety reasons and for insurance purposes, but I don’t care about the fact that you can’t open the windows to get some fresh air once in a while. I found this to be especially tploy Last monthwhen the weather was entirely heating up outside and the hot and cold temperatures were getting warmer, however the hotel was the only one in the section where I was traveling for labor and so there were no other choices for myself and others when I was looking for places to stay. This turned out to be a entirely bad thing when I got there for my first night and I noticed that there was a commercial Heating and A/C truck out in the parking lot. I recognize that should have been my first clue that things were going to be going wrong for myself and others that week, however, I didn’t entirely recognize what I was getting into when I went inside and checked in. It turned out that the air conditioning idea in the entire hotel was on the bconnect for some reason, even though the commercial Heating and A/C company was there working on it, they couldn’t figure out the concern and the place was irritated for the entire week that I was there.

I told my sister that she needs to get an UV air purifier in her house, then she does way too much cooking in her apartment not to have one! She’s constantly trying out new recipes of some kind or other, and they all leave their stain on the indoor air conditions in the house.

The odor of the air in my sister’s apartment is just terrible.

I suppose care about someone should tell her how bad it odors in her house, but that seems care about it’s a little bit rude, even if you’re talking to your sister. I recognize I’m just one of those people who doesn’t care about the way outdated cooking odors leave odors behind them; My sister doesn’t entirely seem to notice it too much, but I recognize that’s entirely because she lives there. I recognize when you live in a place long enough, you become nose blind to certain odors. I thought that might be what happened with my sister, because she doesn’t entirely seem to notice how bad the odors are lingering in her house. She says that she doesn’t recognize that they need to get a whole home air purification idea in the house, but I would have to differ, and not only does she cook all the time, but she also has more than two teenage gentlemen and the odors that they have in their gym bags are terrible! I talked to the guy at our local Heating and A/C company and he said that they are going to have a sale on air cleaners this month. I’m entirely hoping my sister will go for it.

When in the aftermath of a central air conditioning plan breakdown, things do not magically come back to normal with your indoor temperatures the second the certified heating, ventilation, & A/C specialist gets the Heating & Air Conditioning unit back up & running, and depending on how long your central heating, ventilation, & A/C plan has been out, once back on, it could take over an hour or more before your home begins to feel comfortable again! Especially if you have serious weather going on care about every one of us do here this time of the year with the over the top heat! I l earned this when our central air conditioning plan went down a few weeks ago & I had the local heating, ventilation, & A/C company send out a single of their most certified heat & a/c specialists to repair our central heating & cooling system.

He found out what the issue was, attacked it & fixed it, & then put a temperature gauge in the air vent & in the arena where the air filters go.

This was to check & make sure the central air conditioning was fully working again, then and as it turned out it was. I didn’t feel so though. But he explained to supply it a little bit. An hour later I could breathe again & dare I say, I was a little freezing. Which was a good thing. So the moral of the story is, in the aftermath of a central heating, ventilation, & A/C plan chop down, supply it an hour to fix itself after the Heating & Air Conditioning specialist leaves.

I had not seen our parents in a while, & I unexpectedly just got back from staying with them for a few nights! The reason for this was that our central heating & a/c plan broke down.

The temperatures outside right now are cold & I could not stay at home without any central heating. So they offered me to come stay with them to avoid the cost of a hotel, which was nice of them & it gave me a option to visit with our parents for the first time in almost a year. The weather was so cold cold that not even our portable space heating system could get me through the few nights until the local heat & a/c component supplier had a certified heating & a/c specialist available to come out & repair the central Heating & Air Conditioning unit. So it all worked out for the best, then getting to see our parents to catch up on life was good. And I also prefer going to that area of the town because it has so much to offer in terms of shopping. So I got some shopping done that I normally would not have been able to do because it is so far away for a easy day trip. When I finally got back to our house to meet the certified heating & a/c specialist from the local heat & a/c component dealer, he had already assessed the concern with the central heating & cooling component & had the thing back up & running. I thanked him, shook his hand & he was on his way.

I was so angry when I went to spend money our house rent the other week, then when I went to look at the bill & spend money it online they were charging myself and others for an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C emergency call! Yes, i had an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C emergency; However, as them being the so called landlords of this dump, it is their responsibility to service things appreciate a cheap central heating & cooling system plan so long as I wasn’t the a single who directly broke it! These people are unreal; I refused to spend money for the emergency Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repair that by law they had to supply myself and others with.

I even went as far as to withhold our rent until they took that off the bill, but they were not happy about this & issued myself and others an eviction notice.

I got a really nice lawyer & to make a long story short, I have 6 weeks free rent for inconvenience & harassment that they did to myself and others over this illegal as it was charge! By right, i should have just broke the lease & got the heck out of here. However, there are not a whole lot of house rentals in our local area these days; So I am kind of stuck where I am at, but in the future, they will never try to charge myself and others again for any kind of heating & cooling system plan service task that needs done, because they are the a singles who must take care of that. They were so cheap they could not even put in a brand current & up-to-date central heat & cooling system unit!
