I am so excited that I am going on a date next week! I haven’t been on a date in a couple of months, so I think it will be a really fun time. They guy I am going on a date with texted me to wear something warm since we were going to go ice skating. I looked through my closet for what seemed like hours. I finally settled on a pair of jeans, with a cute sweater and a big jacket. I knew that I was dressed for the weather and that I would be comfortable. Once I was skating I was happy that I brought the big jacket because it was colder than I expected it to be. We were laughing and having a great time and he even held my hand. Once we were doing skating he took me to a diner right around the corner. Once we walked in it felt like they had the heater blasting. I was really hot and I wanted to ask our server if she could turn down the heat. I didn’t want to make my date feel uncomfortable by asking the server if I could turn down the heat, so I just took off my jacket. However, even with the jacket off the heat was still blasting. I was so thankfully that when our server came to the table the first thing my date asked was if she would turn the heat down for us. She said it wasn’t a problem at all. Maybe this guy is the one for me after all!
