I own a couple of small homes that I care about to rent out to university kids or young families. My Mom consistently had properties growing up and it is a nice way for me to make some extra money each week. I have been pretty lucky with all our tenants so far and I haven’t had to put too much money into anything which is nice. About 2 weeks ago though, 1 of our tenants reached out to me that he was having complications with his air conditioner, and he thought maybe the temperature control was not learning properly because the home was consistently much warmer than it said it was on the temperature control. I came over and looked at his Heating and A/C equipment and realized it was all easily outdated. I knew that when I obtained the beach house I was going to have to 1 day replace the seasoned Heating and A/C equipment for a newer version, but I was hoping that would not happen for a couple more weeks. I am going to have to figure something out abruptly so he does not get anxious about this. I have tied up the Heating and A/C corporation to come out and look at the component so I can get a better idea of exactly how much this is going to cost. Like any property owner, I just want our tenant to be cheerful. I hope that we can get this issue resolved so I don’t have to worry about it any more. I suppose it is going to cost a lot, however hopefully it will be worth it in the end!
