A respectfully sized plus installed Heating plus A/C plan can be expected to last approximately fifteen years. It will maintain even comfort, despite the weather outside, plus operate efficiently plus reliably. An oversized plan will heat or cool the condo too hastily. The compressor plus fan then turns off until the next cycle, which happens within minutes. The constant on plus off of the component is called short cycling, plus it wear out components plus limits air circulation throughout the home. This negatively impacts air quality plus the health of the home. Since the plan is continuously shutting off plus turning on, it’s also drawing more energy plus causing higher utility bills.
