When I started college, I couldn’t believe the heavy amounts of homework I received. It was project after project, paper after paper! I had a small apartment and I realized that I needed some air conditioning so that I could actually focus on my work and studies. I decided to browse for some nice window A/C units. Finally I discovered this really cool energy efficient window A/C unit that had a smart temperature control. It was neat because I could control the A/C remotely while I was working on my school work. The other thing that was great was that there was a discount if I could show my college ID! I was able to get 25% off the unit for that! I was so pleased with this new window AC unit and it really helped me relax more while I was studying in my apartment. Honestly, the work went by a lot smoother because I didn’t feel so uncomfortable and overheated in my apartment anymore. When friends and family would visit, they would compliment my window A/C unit and said that it felt really nice in my apartment. I obviously couldn’t have people over to my place all of the time because of all the work I had to get done, but when people were able to come over, we had a lot of fun. I would try to save Sundays for friends of mine and I to watch football and take it easy. One of my buddies introduced me to this nice girl who was actually interested in me. I wanted to take that slow because I knew I had to stay focused on school for the most part.
