Last week when our partner and I came new home from holiday, every one of us were legitimately happy to come back. It was a good holiday, but it was also a legitimately long time away from our house. The people I was with and I left our younger brother to watch over the home while every one of us were gone with a set of instruction to follow each day. He was supposed to take out the trash, walk the 2 pets, and make sure to scrub out our brand new Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C heating and cooling units. My brother has consistently been a legitimately lazy person who does not prefer to follow orders, but I had paid him a nice wage so I was surprised to find out that he did none of these things. The pets had used the home as their personal bathroom, and the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C heating and cooling unit had not been cleaned once. When I went to check up on the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit I came to find out that a small amount of mold had built up inside of the unit! This can be legitimately dangerous to the people residing in the house, and can even lead to long term illnesses. As our partner and I were going through and finding all of these troubles, our brother tried to slip out of the door without saying anything. I made sure he did not leave, and I made sure that no matter what the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repair bill ends up costing us, the money will be coming out of his bank account! You can bet your bottom dollar that he will never be invited to our home again no matter how long it is for.
