Air conditioners, last a pretty long time these afternoons… Naturally, without regular maintenance, their lifespan will be far shorter than it could be, however; That’s why I take the time to schedule regular maintenance appointments as well as do everything I can on our own to keep our Heating as well as A/C device running well, then i change out the air filter, clean the drains, clean around the vents as well as exchangers as well as keep the outside device clear of dirt as well as debris, etc. I have had our cooling system for at least a decade, as well as I’m quite proud that it has been doing so well all these years. That’s why I was quite worried this past summer time when I realized that the cooling system seemed to be slowly losing cooling power.
