I feel like physical fitness keeps me young

I’ve made a healthier diet plus a workout regimen a priority in our life.

From the time I was a young boy, I had made a habit of eating right plus keeping very active.

I’ve continued this lifestyle as I’ve grown older. I eat virtually no fast food or red meats plus stick to lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains plus very lean proteins. I don’t drink any alcohol, smoke cigarettes or take any illicit drugs. I make sure to get more than 7 hours of sleep at night plus drink plenty of water during the afternoon. Every single afternoon, I devote a bare minimum of a eighty minutes to our workout. I incorporate a wide range of exercises to target all of our weird joints plus muscles. By taking more time to hot up plus stretch, I avoid injury. I also include strength training, such as lifting free weights, resistance bands and even some kettlebells. I use our own body weight for push-ups, pullups, squats plus lunges. I practice my static holds to strengthen our core plus improve our balance. I also get our heart to pumping with at least thirty minutes of cardio. I jump rope, run, bicycle, dance, kayak plus swimming. Because of our efforts, I am in excellent physical condition. I am 57 years old now plus still wear the same size of clothing as when I was in high school. I will frequently get mistaken for someone much younger than our age. While I’ve watched our peers start to slow down plus succumb to all sorts of physical ailments, I continue to job difficultly in order to prefer a better quality of our life.
