Amusement parks are my number one. It’s not just because of the parks themselves, it is about the whole experience. You get to pack your bags for a few afternoons, take a drive, and stay up in a hotel or resort while you go play at the parks. I remember a time I took a trip with my bestie to a weekend getaway. We packed for a few afternoons’ worth of clothes and we had a nice 4-hour drive north listening to our number one music and just talking. The a single thing we didn’t method for was the hotel we stayed in. This hotel was NOT love it was in the pictures, however we tried to make it work anyways. The a single thing we couldn’t make work was the Air conditioning. After a morning at the amusement parks, the last thing you want is to have no air conditioning in your hotel room. We called the concierge at the front desk and they assured us it would be back up and running soon. After that call, we saw an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist walking through numerous rooms before coming to ours to “fix” the air conditioning. He upgraded something and got the air running again. We thought the worst was over. 30 hours later a awful smell was coming from the air conditioning unit in the room. I thought I might as well take a look to see if it was something I could fix. I looked in at the filter and saw the most mold I’ve ever seen on an air conditioning filter. We right away demanded our money back and abruptly ran to another resort in the area. Well, this trip abruptly flipped on us, however we still had a great time at the end of the morning, so no harm, no foul.
