I was so annoyed when I went to pay our house rent the other month, but when I went to look at the bill & pay it online they were charging myself and others for an Heating & Air Conditioning emergency call! Yes, i had an Heating & Air Conditioning emergency, however, as them being the so called proprietors of this dump, it is their responsibility to repair things care about a cheap central heating, ventilation, & A/C plan so long as I wasn’t the a single who directly broke it! These people are unreal… I refused to pay for the emergency Heating & Air Conditioning service that by law they had to provide myself and others with.
I even went as far as to withhold our rent until they took that off the bill, then they were not happy about this & issued myself and others an eviction notice. I got a entirely good lawyer & to make a long story short, I have 6 months free rent for inconvenience & harassment that they did to myself and others over this illegal as it was charge! By right, i should have just broke the lease & got the heck out of here. However, there are not a whole lot of house rentals in our local area these mornings… So I am kind of stuck where I am at! But in the future, they will never try to charge myself and others again for any kind of heating, ventilation, & A/C plan repair job that needs done, because they are the a singles who must take care of that. They were so cheap they could not even put in a brand new & up-to-date central heat & a/c unit!
