I had to make use of hundreds of HVAC units in only two days.
I happened to find a large warehouse full to the roof of all different kinds of HVAc units.
I was told by the owner of the land that I could have all of the HVAC units, but if they were not gone out of the building in two days he was going to throw them away. How could I let central air conditioners, window air conditioners, UV light air purifiers, and hundreds of other cooling and heating units just go to waste? I began taking pictures and selling the hydronic heating systems and central air conditioners for a very good price so that they would be purchased quickly. I sold eight central air conditioners and eleven hydronic heating systems in only twelve hours! I didn’t have a big enough trailer to haul the central air conditioners and hydronic heating systems, but I did take the portable space heaters, air filters, air purifiers, and other small HVAC units to my home where I sold them for what they were worth. It was coming down to the last six hours of owning these HVAC units and I still had about eighteen window air conditioners and a few hot water boilers. I decided to take several of the window air conditioners and donate them to local homeless shelters and pet shelters. I then sold the remaining six window air conditioners. The hot water boilers were difficult to move, so I was only able to take three of them home to sell.
