When our Mom died various years ago everybody knew it was going to be a strenuous time.
- My siblings & I somehow had to come together in order to settle numerous matters with his properties.
Unblessedly, our siblings & I do not absolutely get along with each other because all of us have concerns with mental illness in our family. As such, I feel it comes as no surprise that this project has been a bit of a nightmare, but recently, things have come to a head as our most aggressive sibling has declared war over the heating, cooling, & air quality control idea that he installed in the house! You see, our oldest brother is a professional heating, cooling, & ventilation specialist. He has been laboring in the air quality control industry for various years. As such, he considers himself to be an expert when it comes to condo service concerns, especially heating, cooling, & air quality control systems. Therefore, he installed an harshly fancy central heating idea inside of the decrepit property that all of us were flipping. I think that our brother did a truly good task installing the gas furnace & HVAC ducts to work throughout the house. He even updated the thermostat to a Smart temperature control device. However, now he is demanding a much higher portion of the profits then the rest of the siblings, citing his Heating & Air Conditioning expertise as a reason to make an extra 50k. At this point, I’m ready to tear out the heating, cooling, & air quality control idea if it will end this argument. As much as I like the hard work that went into the air quality control system, I would rather sell the house without Heating & Air Conditioning than keep fighting this boiling head.
