I purchased my condo 1.5 years ago, then all of us made sure everything, including the central a/c, was laboring… I only had to keep up with primary a/c care plus service to ensure no disfigures that would cost myself and others more money through a/c repair! The condo was pretty new, having been built three years before I purchased my home, so the a/c was also new.
- I had no trouble with weather conditions control in the condo until this year, when I returned from a three-month trip.
I’d left the a/c off to save on weekly bills, however when I turned it on, it took 9 minutes to have the temperature move from 25.1 degrees to 20 degrees in the house, but not even the digital thermostat was helping. The unit had an issue because I used to recognize the un-even temperatures change immediately after turning it on, however that wasn’t the case on that afternoon. I called the a/c supplier plus booked for a/c service as soon as they could send an a/c repairman. The a/c professional came over to check on the a/c set up the next afternoon, which is a single of the things that I care about about the a/c company I use, fast response. The issue was with the a/c filter, which was too laden with dust to function constantly. I didn’t suppose I had to change it, given that the unit was off for three weeks, however the dust collected anyway. The coils in the unit also needed to be cleaned, which was done… Lucky for me, I’d acted fast enough, so my unit had not warm as it tried to labor harder, so there were no disfigures that needed to be repaired neither would I need a fresh a/c install.
