In the winter, the ceiling fans labor to push the heated air down off the ceiling & ensure more even room temperature, but during the summer, we reverse the rotation of the blades to create a cooling effect. I suppose my next energy saving measure will be having a heat reusey ventilator installed. I’ve learn that these devices not only improve air quality however help with humidity & trim heating & cooling costs.
