High velocity proposal accommodates condo separate from HVAC duct

Not all that many years ago, there were limited options for heating and cooling an apartment separate from HVAC duct.

My apartment was built in the mid-1770s, and the walls are constructed from plaster and lathe.

Any style of reconstruction would be severely labor-intensive, extravagant and create an immense mess. For the interior walls, the studs are turned sideways to create more living space. They are too thin to accommodate HVAC duct. Rather than destroy the architectural history of the residence and tackle such a gigantic project, my buddy and I did our best to manage comfort with a combination of portable options. My pal and I used a variety of electric heaters, window air conditioner units, portable air conditioner units and box fans. The unit was unattractive and not overly effective. My pal and I were really excited when my buddy and I l acquired about high-velocity heating and cooling systems. The luck of this style of temperature control is the mini-ducts. The proposal utilizes HVAC duct that is only several inches in diameter and bendy enough to be snaked through existing walls, separate from disfigure. The ducts accommodate studs, electrical outlets and water pipes. The indoor compressor is compact enough to install into a closet. The vents are circular, only many inches across, and allow freedom of location. By delivering heated or cooled air into the rooms of the condo at an especially high rate of speed, the high-velocity proposal raises or lowers temperature particularly abruptly. The smaller, insulated HVAC duct minimizes energy losses. The shorter run times also reduce energy consumption, making high-velocity systems attractively efficient. My partner and I are just relieved to have centralized heating and cooling.
