I am going to update the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C with a ductless model

I am kind of gleeful for the afternoon when my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C dies, however currently I have a central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. I feel it is technically a heat pump. I have the indoor air handler on a rest in my hallway closet. The closet should be a sizable storage section for me. I would cherish to put cleaning supplies, wrapping paper, coats and shoes in there. Sadly, there is no room, however between the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C and the water furnace there is hardly any space left. I can wedge a mop, broom, tote and dust pan. That is it. I am gleeful for the afternoon when the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C quits. I am going to change to a ductless option next. That way the indoor air handlers would be mounted on the walls of every room. I could have zone control and save some cash. I wouldn’t need to supply A/C when I am cooking in every room of the house. I wouldn’t need to heat the guest room that nobody occupies. The best is that half of my closet would be free to put stuff in. Then when the hot water furnace goes, I will choose a tankless model. That way it will be wall mounted and the size of a small suitcase. I then could use the entire space; Right now I have stuff crammed into my dining room and lavatory. Having that extra closet space will be a game changer. This is a long way coming though. The water furnace is only 7 years old. My Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit is 18 years old though. So it might die any afternoon now.
