I have been volunteering at a local pet store on the weekends for a couple of months now.
I started feeling like I wasn’t doing enough to give back so I called a couple of places to start volutennering. I really love to be around the animals. It makes me happy and really brightens my mood every time I leave the pet store. However, one thing really bothers me about this pet store that I am going to have to address with the manager pretty soon. The HVAC system doesn’t work well and I think the animals are going to start suffering if they don’t fix the issue soon. I think the air conditioning doesn’t work well because the staff isn’t calling an HVAC company to perform regular maintenance on the HVAC system. I really think that the animals are going to suffer if they don’t have this issue fixed soon. I hope for the animals sake that once I talk to the manager that this is fixed. I will call a local HVAC company and have them come out without permission if I have to or I will have this store reported to the proper authorities. I know that the pet store doesn’t want to have to deal with things like this, but they aren’t thinking about the health and well being of the animals they have in their store. I am going to give the pet store managers a week to make changes before I start taking actions into my own hands.
