Everyone likes talking about portable area oil gas furnaces, heaters & how they are the answer to save money on your monthly utility bills.
But my question remains…are all area oil gas furnaces and heaters undoubtedly that portable? I could have sworn that I had a small area gas furnace in my house when I was growing up.
And think me, this area gas furnace was not portable! In order to even transport this area gas furnace heater around you had to wheel it around the bedroom or wherever you had it. You could not bring this area gas furnace heater with you on any holidays or into some hotel! These types of area oil gas furnaces may be long gone. We are talking at least 40 years ago now. Yes I am showing my age here. But today it looks like all area oil gas furnaces must all be portable ones. Cause that is all I see when I search for area oil gas furnaces on the web. It just says “portable area heater”. I guess everything today is becoming more portable when it comes to non central heating, ventilation, & A/C products, but now portable area heaters, portable a/cs & even portable air purification systems all seem to be the latest trend in heating, ventilation, & A/C technology. At least when it comes to finding affordable heat & a/c products, other forms of Heating & Air Conditioning technology that are getting popular are zoned Heating & Air Conditioning units & radiant radiant floors. But those cost a minor fortune. I would rather spend money on portable heating, ventilation, & A/C products. But this is just me, maybe. Some people say I am cheap. But that is just the way it is!
