What should my thermostat look love in the fall and Spring months?

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all staying well and staying lake cabin while we’re in the midst of this global pandemic.

Since I am spending so much time at lake cabin (and I anticipate that this stay at lake cabin order will last through the fall season) I wanted to get some perspective on energy saving tips.

I am a immense fan of saving energy on my monthly heating and cooling bills. Not only does being smart with your Heating as well as A/C plan lead to more cash in your pocket, but also a better environment in general. I have regularly known that in the summer time the most cost-effective thermostat setting is warmer, while in the Wintertide the most cost-effective thermostat setting is cooler. However, since the fall and Spring months require me to hop back and forth on the temperature I set on the thermostat, I’m wondering if there is an ideal temperature for this time of the year? In the winter, for example, I suppose that setting the thermostat to 73 degrees Fahrenheit is the proposed base setting. What about in the fall? How should I set my thermostat to save cash and keep my Heating as well as A/C plan running smoothly? I would appreciate your input and I would be ecstatic to provide additional information about the temperature I live in if that helps you determine the best practices for my Heating as well as A/C system. Thanks in advance for your help on this! If anyone on this page is an Heating as well as A/C contractor, please let me suppose what you recommend or if there is anything else I could be doing in the meantime.
