Thai food is my favorite and I would eat it every day if I could.
In fact, I would hire a personal chef to prepare me Thai food whenever I was craving it.
The Thai food is so fresh and flavorful. My favorite curries are Thai. I love the basil fried rice. I have a favorite Thai restaurant that I visit almost every week, and the owner knows what I usually order. I laugh every time she asks if I want the usual, and of course I agree. I usually order basil fried rice and a Pang Nang curry with vegetables. I pick it up on my way home. The other day, I placed an order and picked it up on my way home. I noticed that the front door was open when I got to the restaurant. I went in regardless, even though it seemed odd. Once I reached the counter, I realized why the front door was open. The air conditioner inside the restaurant had broken. I asked the owner about the air conditioning, and she said her Heating and Air Conditioning worker was coming to service it. She told me they wouldn’t be able to come for 2 more days. My friend owns a commercial Heating and Air Conditioning business in town, and I could arrange for him to stop by the next afternoon. Her face lit up and she was very grateful for the offer. It was the least I could do. It will be difficult to run a restaurant without an air conditioner.
