I found this out when my radiant heated floors were having some issues last month. I ended up having to pay almost triple the cost of a heating and air conditioning repair. This was quite the shock to me and I was not expecting it. But I had no choice but to pay it. Because if I did not my radiant heated floors would be worth nothing and be broken. If this was something I knew ahead of time I may not have invested in radiant heated floors to be totally honest with you all. Because at these HVAC repair rates when it comes to radiant heated floors it kills the fact of saving money on energy use. But oh well, I ended up getting my radiant heated floors fixed after nearly breaking the bank to do so. In the future I will be more careful because I was actually the one who broke my radiant heated floors by dropping something heavy on them not knowing that this would cause problems. I am used to tile flooring being durable. But now that I have radiant heated floors, this is no longer the case. Radiant heated floors will not break on their own very often like central heating and air conditioning systems if you take care of them well.
