I am a horrible man and totally selfish. Once a month my Grandparents want to gathering with me and have supper. Once a month I try to weasel out of it. It is not that I don’t care about my Grandparents. I just hate the whole experience. I task from home and set my own hours. With the supper out, I believe I am now working late that afternoon. I also don’t eat supper, so I then think sick all afternoon long afterwards. The worst is that my Grandparents regularly want to go to this cheap local restaurant. I am a vegetarian and there is only 1 thing I can get. I get sick off of it everytime. The restaurant also has something against heating. Everytime I go there, I am chilly cold. In the Wintertide I have to wear my full wool coat, hat and gloves for the meal. The lack of a gas furnace makes eating and chatting real difficult. My Grandparents don’t seem to notice it. They also love to hang around the restaurant for over an hour just sipping coffee. Since I don’t drink root beer and am chilly, I just want to get out of there. I have tried recommend having them come over to my site. I would blissfully make them a super or supper. I could then control the heating settings. I would set my furnace to a sufficient temperature. I would not need to wear my full Wintertide gear then. Also, if I controlled the food, I could actually eat something and not get sick, nope, every single time both of us have to go to the restaurant with no heating and gross food.
