The Heating and Air Conditioning corporation I work for has been servicing the heating, ventilation and cooling needs of this area and beyond for over sixty years! My Grandpa started our Heating and Air Conditioning company with his brother long before I was born. The Heating and Air Conditioning company is family-owned for that reason, with many brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. I work as the manager of advertising and sales, while my brother ensures that every Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman continues their air conditioning service education, My other brother is the supervisor on the road, as there isn’t an air conditioning system service that happens unless he or his team knows about it! My aunt is involved with all the current Heating and Air Conditioning replacements, and Mom is the head of the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning division! She’s working on a system layout for the movie theater near our home now, which includes all the required ventilation, heating and cooling equipment. My cousins are involved in the accounts payables and receivables departments, while the oldest of my children is attending school to get his Heating and Air Conditioning contractor’s license. Every one of us have staff that takes care of the incoming PC calls from distressed air conditioning system users with malfunctioning Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, but at that time, every one of us work with the air conditioning system user to find things that can be done to help the situation until every one of us can get there to assess the non-really working Heating and Air Conditioning. So that employee is entirely on the front line to try and comfort that caller.
