Sealing up the windows

My hubby is quite the procrastinator.  No one can really understands how badly he will procrastinate.  I purchased a new powder room faucet, over a year ago. The faucet is sitting in the kitchen on the stool, where I put it when I brought it home.  I keep giving gentle reminders that he needs to install it, but no matter how many times the two of us go to town, he forgets to get the right fittings.  I also purchased a new range hool when I purchased the powder room faucet. He didn’t get that installed either. The other day, I walked away as well as forgot about the pan I had on the stove.  Normally, the two of us would turn on the exhaust fan as well as have it draw all of the smoke outside. The ventilation system in our range hood, hasn’t worked for almost a year. It only blows the odors back into the house.  I told him ventilation in the range hood didn’t work, although he still turned it on. The thing is, that my hubby is an electrician. Installing the new range hood, hooking up the exhaust fan in the powder room, as well as even decreasing out the powder room faucets should not be actually difficult for him.  He has no experience in Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C systems, but when the air conditioner unit quit working in the middle of the night this year, it didn’t take him long to figure out the problem. He had the A/C unit ripped apart in a matter of an hour. Before many hours were up, he had the fan to the cooling system running again, as well as he was in bed sleeping.  Maybe I should put the words ‘air conditioner parts’ on the fan, faucet as well as range hood boxes.
