Sitting next to a flickering fireplace is joyous to me, especially while snuggling under a comfy blanket with a good book. Monday football with the heated fireplace, reminds me of my youth. In the Wintertide months, my Mom constantly had the football games on the television, and a fire in the fireplace; Now I am the Mom of the house, and I love my Wintertide football games. I can be found sitting by the fireplace rooting my number one team on to victory, while my husband makes a pumpkin pie in the living room. Thankfully, both of us have a well-now working furnace that will keep the house moderate while I was in the frigid Wintertide months. The fireplace is good for ambiance, however not so good for heating the house. In fact, I had the air conditioning tune-up last Spring, however now it’s time for the furnace tune-up. I don’t want to take any chances on whether or not the furnace will task when it needs to. So I’ll have the HVAC provider over to check the furnace out to ensure a well-heated and safe wintertime. I have multiple portable furnaces for emergencies, however they are to be used only for emergencies. I honestly don’t want my teenagers moving portable furnaces around my house. They can barely keep up with their school books, let alone a portable heater. They would just leave the heating system on in an empty room, causing a possibly dangerous situation. Or I can opt to ensure that my furnace will task when I turn it on, and the teenagers will not have to deal with the portable furnaces at all.
