My family and I moved into the area, close to 6 months ago. Every one of us made the decision to rent a property for the first year, so the people I was with and I could scope out the area… My family and I moved a huge distance from our previous home, and the people I was with and I wanted some time to look around. My family and I were in the property for a couple of weeks, when the people I was with and I started to notice a change in our indoor air quality. It honestly seemed like the people I was with and I had dust on every surface in the property. My wifey and I were cleaning every morning, and the people I was with and I still had tons of particles on the furniture. My wifey and I were starting to experience terrible dust sensitivity symptoms such as a runny nose, sore throat, and cough. Every one of us thought it was basically just a cold, until the symptoms didn’t go away! During a routine visit to the doctor, my wifey mentioned the dusty surfaces in our property. The doctor right away recommended having the HVAC duct cleaned and sanitized thoroughly… When the people I was with and I told him the people I was with and I were renting a locale, he urged us to speak with the landlord about the situation. Every one of us decided to ask the landlord about the indoor air quality levels, and he provided to call the Heating and A/C service center right away. Every one of us were really surprised about this, although he was glad to make the call. Every one of us found out the owner of the Heating and A/C equipment center was the owner’s sibling. He easily cleaned the HVAC duct well, and there was quite a bit of grime inside the HVAC duct! After the HVAC duct cleaning, our indoor air quality levels significantly improved and so did most of our symptoms. Our landlord has been great during these several months, however I’m ready to buy something of our own now!
