This is how you make honey

I own a rental beach house with 4 units… Three out of the four are the best tenants! I never hear from them ever, they always pay their rent on time and they don’t cause any problems at all with each other. The other tenant Ashley is the greatest pain. She consistently is late on rent, making too much noise and she calls myself and others all of the time for the most foolish things. She will sincerely call myself and others if her toilet is jammed up, when she can easily get a plunger and do it on her own! Because she has cried wolf too many times, when she called myself and others about a terrible bee infestation, I didn’t really believe her. I told her to get spray and spray the nest if you wanted to take care of it. I then proceeded to ignore her calls talking about the bees. It wasn’t until my other tenants called about hearing a noisy humming noise from Ashley’s beach apartment that I knew something was up. When I arrived to her beach apartment I was easily shocked. There was a gigantic swarm of bees, not just the one nest. There were so many bees leading to her beach apartment I don’t know how she got inside her own place. I instantly called a bee eradication and rescue team to come in and get rid of the bees. They arrived that hour because of the state of emergency. I felt so terrible for Ashley hiding in her apartment for all that time. It took all day, however the bee exterminator was able to get the nests out of her place safely. I surely am hoping she will learn her lesson on what is a worthwhile call and what is not so this doesn’t happen again down the road.
