In my mind, I feel I simply assumed that I would live in our property for the rest of my life.
You know, we would easily grow old in our family property and then be off to a retirement property at the end.
But, reality has a way of switching up your perspective. First, I like our family property very much. It was big enough to raise all our youngsters in. The Heating and Air Conditioning equipment was perfect and all of us only had to replace it just the one time. Plus, I had a lovely study in our place that was just the best space to relax. I seriously adored it. Then, our youngsters were all gone in the blink of an eye. We figured we would stay put and they could visit whenever they felt like it. However, that just doesn’t happen as often as you might believe. Our children have unquestionably tied up lives of their own. Finally, the fact that our property was just a bit too much to take care of by just the two of us convinced my wife and I to sell. The realtor urged us to get another Heating and Air Conditioning device put in even though our HVAC equipment was still running really well. It was only the second HVAC all of us had in there. So, all of us did get the latest and greatest heating & cooling equipment. It truly ended up making us money on the sale of our property. We moved into a small beach property to sort of figure out what we would do with the rest of our lives. It was also an option to down size and eventually transition into retirement. I don’t mind renting however I find it terribly ironic that I actually purchased a state of the art Heating and Air Conditioning device only a year back. And now, I am living with the most horrible Heating and Air Conditioning equipment of my life and can’t do anything about it.
