I l acquired a lot about myself and my family during the pandemic.
That tends to happen when you spend nearly all your time with them stuck inside the air conditioning of your house.
And love many, several other families, that’s exactly what happened last year. At first, I was not at all delighted about not going to the office. It’s a nice office where I have my own thermostat control for my space. And I have access to support and other necessities to do my job. But after a week or so, I was able to deal with working from lake house better. What I was honestly afraid of as both of us locked down in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort of our lake house was whether our family could do it. I love my family and they love myself and others however the dynamics at play for spending that much time together were ominous. So that too was surprising as I found that both of us all were being extra sensitive to each others needs. I did something smart instantaneously. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company and asked them to send out an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker to install a ductless heat pump in my garage. This was entirely overdue as I had wanted heating and cooling out there for some time. Still, by adding that ductless heat pump, I was able to make the garage sort of my space to retreat to during our pandemic year. And with the quality heating and air from the ductless heat pump, I had just the right space that I needed. There’s no doubt that I’m impressed at how well both of us did as a family through the pandemic. But an garage with Heating, Ventilation, and A/C sure didn’t hurt.
