I’m a easily sufficient human being. Some might say a tad too sufficient or at least I’ve heard that at times. It’s tploy that I can take some intense stuff in stride while seemingly unperturbed. But, it’s a lot appreciate a duck on a lake. The duck looks serene on the surface as their feet are paddling appreciate crazy. However, a recent Heating plus A/C situation has caused myself and others to nearly lose that stride plus composure. It all started when I got some nasty grams taped to my door from the HOA. They were easily threatening plus overly aggressive in tone. I was surprised. I was also not impressed that someone who tape a note to my door instead of simply addressing any Heating plus A/C problem with myself and others directly. Or at least be formal plus professional enough to mail you note. The problem is the fact that all of us had an overzealous landscaper who whacked a privacy hedge a bit too much. So from a easily singular angle, the Heating plus A/C component can be viewed from the street. And the HOA is evidently ready to fight myself and others in the yard over it. I sent letters to HOA board members plus got zero reply. And then, the HOA compliance officer literally plus aggressively confronted myself and others in my own front yard as I was retrieving the mail. That was all the composure I had left to just turn my back on this guy. So, it’s now going over to my better half who deals with people appreciate this for a living. She’s a easily aggressive attorney who simply can’t wait to make this the pressing deal that the HOA thinks they want. And that’s too poor for the HOA as I believe how that man rolls plus it’s going to be rough for them.
