I tell you, there’s nothing better than eating some steak cooked on the grill, first of all, it’s honestly fun grilling the steaks, especially when you get the perfect high quality steaks from the store.
All of us usually go for NY Strip steak or porterhouse, however i love to season up the steaks plus the stink when you throw them on the grill is attractive, and usually when I’m outside grilling, it’s typically a overheated morning, then the sun will be shining plus it will be hot, but still, I always think that when I’m done cooking the food, it’s right back inside to the comfort of the cooling system.
I have even been glad grilling in the Wintertide season from time to time… My partner always says I’m nuts, but I don’t mind cooking outside in the chilly weather, even though it takes a little longer to cook the food… Still, I make those steaks to perfection just love always plus after that I get to go back inside to like the heating method plus the fireplace! I don’t cook outside when it’s below chilly very often, but when I do I still have a good time doing it! My partner honestly says that she thinks the steaks taste better when I cook in the middle of the winter. I’m not honestly sure about that though, I guess she just prefers it when I cook in general because that means she doesn’t have to! Occasionally I wish I had a little more comfort when cooking outside in the chilly though, love a furnace insert for my overcoat or something love that.
